This includes your name, email address, phone number, payment information, and any profile details you choose to add. We also automatically collect certain usage data such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and pages visited on our Platform.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Platform; process bookings and payments; send booking confirmations and reminders; respond to support requests; and communicate important updates about the service. With your consent, we may also send promotional communications — you can opt out at any time.

We share information only with: (a) officials you book, so they can confirm and prepare for the assignment; (b) payment processors who handle transactions on our behalf; (c) service providers who assist in operating the Platform under strict confidentiality obligations; and (d) law enforcement or regulators when required by law.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and understand how users interact with the Platform. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Platform.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting privacy@ref4you.com. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as dispute resolution.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption for data in transit and encryption at rest for sensitive information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, please contact privacy@ref4you.com. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
